We provide a high quality personalized service utilizing only local South Africans to provide you with that unique item or gift you are looking for. Our Mission Statement

We founded Simply Homemade with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, easy, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience – while supporting local entrepreneurs. We conduct business according to these values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Note that orders will only be processed once payment has been received. Deliveries take between 3-5 working days on stocked items. For custom made orders manufacturing and shipping can take up to 14 working days.

When paying for your items you will be presented with 4 delivery options:

  • Free delivery to the following areas in Johannesburg: Northcliff, Fairland, Bergbron, Roosevelt Park, Quellerina and Linden.

  • R60 to other areas within greater Johannesburg.

  • R50 PEP to PEP store delivery (7-10 working days).

  • R100 Postnet to Postnet delivery (2-4 working days).

​All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatching. Should you be dissatisfied with the condition of a product you are welcome to return it. We will inspect the item upon arrival and depending on the inspection outcome, a full refund or replacement of the product will be processed. No refunds are provided on the original delivery costs or the cost to return any products.
